Bretagne - French kampung

So the holidays began last Saturday. A friend, Renaud invited me to his house in Côte d'Armor, Bretagne in France (of course, if not in Africa ar?). Basically, his house is located in a French kampung, but their kampung is different from ours, more developped at least. His family has a farm near the house, so once we arrived he led me to visit his piggeries. Well, u know what? i saw a 200++kg sow (female pig if u need a dictionary like me), it's actually quite scary when i 1st saw it. My god, a monster? Nyway the little piggies are cuter. He has another pet, guess what it is...a donkey. Haha, interesting. So the next few days he brought me around his village, kinda nostalgic 'cause i was a kampung boy also when i was little.

Not far from his village, there is a hill where you find neolithic tombs on top of it. Hehe, if you dunno what it is, you might think that it's some kinda stones 4 barbecue.

Furthur from his village we come to another town of Côte d'Armor, Lannion. We've a friend in Lannion and his father was very kind 'cause he drived us around to visit the town. The sea is only a few minutes from the town centre, the scenery is awesome, especially from the cliff. The sea is blue, not like the Tebrau black smelly sea. And there are a lot of giant granite stones.

Bretagne is the only French region which has its own langauge which is called Breton, but now less and less people know the language. They have a traditional food called crêpe in French, it's something like thinner version roti canai, so now let show u how to make it.

Well, the crêpe i made in the video was now really successful cause a side was a little bit too thick, but Renaud's mother said it was not bad 4 a beginner. And you don't laugh, go try and u'll know.

The family of Renaud is very kind and warm, i have had some conversation with them and they're curious about Malaysia, hope they'll visit Malaysia someday it'll be my turn to be their host. And they have a very cute dog called Tartine, it is a cute little thing which will jump onto your feet when you're eating, and it snores when it sleeps, so now i believe that dogs snoring in some cartoons are true.

Really passed a few pleasant days in Bretagne, and it's time to go back. Hemm...11 days more off, program program program...

Haha…
Merci et bonne continuation pour toi aussi. :)

Ca me tenterait bien la Malaisie, ça me permettrait de pratiquer mon chinois dans un univers un peu plus anglophone que la mainland China...

Mais dans un premier temps : Angleterre (stage)

Puis : Inde (semestre)

Ensuite : on verra ^^

Sorry for some wrong information in the post, i just learnt that Breton is not the only regional language in France, every region has its own language(more or less), and only a few are still being practiced today.
